Kasalukuyan patapos na ang night shift ni Lareen sa kanyang trabaho bilang isang call center na konektado sa isang sikat na Telecom provider sa Pilipinas.
Lareen: Ahhh, yes! Malapit na uli uwian. Makakapag pahinga.
Bulong ni Lareen sa kanyang sarili.
Magstretching sana siya sa kanyang kinauupuan ay biglang tumunog ang katabi niyang telepono.

Tunog telepeno nang masagot ito ni Lareen.
Lareen: Hello good morning. This is Lareen how can I help you?
Caller: Hello po ma'am. Nais ko lang po sana i-report yung internet namin na nawawala bigla yung internet ng ilang minuto tapos biglang babalik. Ehhh, hindi naman po naulan ng malakas o walang dumaan na eroplano sa area namin kapag nangyayari po iyon. Bagong kabit lang din kasi pati ng internet dito sa amin nuong isang buwan.
Lareen: Naka plan po ba kayo sa Fiber Sir?
Caller: Opo ma'am.
Lareen: Ganun po ba sir. Base on my understanding and knowledge po sa ganyan bagay since hindi ko naman po eksperto yung ganyan field, nasa mismong router na po iyong problema kapag ganun Sir. Nasa inyo pa po ba yung details nuong kumabit sa inyo niyan?
Caller: Yes ma'am.
Lareen: Mabuti po kung ganun. Pwede niyo po siya tawagan regarding to that matter po since sila yung po yung nag-aayos po ng problema when it comes to router problems po. Baka po kasi yung nakabit sa inyo...
